- Every AidGPT cohort follows the same six-question progression—from understanding and verification through to connected access, reusable systems and organisational governance. A tailored programme changes the examples, practice material and transfer to the organisation's work; it does not remove the disciplines that make the course coherent.

Tailored programmes can extend the six-session spine. Additional sessions apply the shared discipline to the organisation's systems, workflows and implementation decisions.

How commissioning works
Final audience, delivery shape, outputs and commercial terms are confirmed during scoping.
1. Scope
Clarify the audience, operating context, tools, policies, risks and decisions the programme needs to support.
2. Design
Agree what stays standard and adapt the fictional setting, examples and governance emphasis without using sensitive production data.
3. Deliver
Run the facilitated practice cycle with structured reflection, support for mixed confidence levels and accountable review.
4. Transfer
Identify the working patterns worth carrying into authorised tools and the decisions that need policy, ownership or further support.
Private team cohorts are quoted exclusive of VAT on the same basis.
Organisations are invoiced at EUR 350 per participant exclusive of VAT. Where the organisation holds a valid EU VAT number, the invoice is issued under the reverse charge with no VAT added, and the organisation accounts for VAT in its own return. Where the organisation does not hold a VAT number, VAT is added at the rate applying in the country where the organisation is established.
