October 2026 offers morning and afternoon groups. November 2026 is afternoon only, with no cohort starting in December. From January 2027, one open cohort starts every five weeks, alternating mornings and afternoons, with two clear weeks between cohorts. Morning sessions run from 10:00 to 11:30 Cyprus time and afternoon sessions from 16:00 to 17:30. Cyprus times stay fixed when the clocks change. Additional cohorts may be offered if demand increases.

The learning journey

Six sessions. Six practical questions.

Across six live sessions, the cohort works through six practical questions: how to understand and control AI; how to verify its work; how to structure longer tasks; how to manage connected access; how to build useful systems with deliberate memory; and how to govern responsible adoption.

  1. Understand and control AI

    What is AI, how should we think about it, and how can we control it?

  2. Trust and verify its work

    When can we trust AI-generated work, and how should we challenge, check and verify it?

  3. Structure longer work

    What structures allow an AI system to work reliably over longer, multi-step tasks?

  4. Connect it safely

    What can AI reach and do through connectors, local files, browsers and computer access—and how should that access be controlled?

  5. Build useful systems

    What useful applications become possible when we combine these capabilities with deliberate memory and reusable context?

  6. Govern responsible adoption

    What does this mean for risk, accountability, organisational policy and the future of work?

Meet Eleni Andreou

Eleni Andreou is Head of Programmes at Koinon Relief Partnership in the fictional Republic of Alashiya. She works across programme priorities, evidence, partners and operational constraints during early recovery. Her role gives the cohort a consistent point of view without using real organisational or personal information.
