Note 1 to entry: The SAFE AI Transparency Card is CDAC Network’s named governance tool. Its lean and full versions reflect different risk tiers, and it is updated across the lifecycle.
Note 2 to entry: The card records evidence and decisions. The SAFE AI Impact Assessment is the structured exercise that tests conditions at a decision gate. A card is not certification or proof that safeguards work.
