Note 1 to entry: SAFE AI calls this Community in the Loop. It treats affected communities as partners with defined decision influence across problem definition, design, deployment and evaluation. Record their input and how it changed the use.
Note 2 to entry: The depth should match the consequences and risk of the use. SAFE AI calls for full co-design for its highest-risk tier, while lower-risk internal uses need a proportionate approach.
