Notes to entry
Note 1 to entry: Sorting common themes must not hide an urgent individual concern or prevent a person from seeking remedy.
This is proposed AidGPT function H-LISTEN. It needs testing and is not presented as an established humanitarian standard.
What to check
Common themes must not hide an urgent individual concern.
Choose the main function that matches the purpose of the use, then add other functions where needed. Record the sector, crisis setting, language, geography and phase of the operation separately. A coordination task that spans several sectors should retain those distinctions.
Evidence and authority
Describe the effect on people if staff accept the AI result unchanged. Link to the applicable assessment and record who is authorised to decide. A function code does not assign a risk tier.
